Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an order, we're here to help! We offer 14-day returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please read our return policy carefully as not all return requests will be accepted.
Acceptable Returns:
- Items returned within 14 days in the same condition they were delivered, with all packaging. All products sold are brand new.
- Wrong items received or items shipped in error.
Non-Acceptable Returns:
- Defective items: Defective items are not returnable; however, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please read the 14-day warranty policy below.

Restocking Fees:
If a return is accepted (which is possible in some cases), a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied to the refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once a return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. Upon completion of the return processing, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or financial institution.
Partial Refunds:
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund, a restocking fee, or to return the item back to you and not issue a refund. If an item is returned to sender after it has been shipped, the customer will only qualify for a partial refund after a 30% restocking fee is applied. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
14-Day Warranty
DigitZone covers all products under a 14-day warranty for any product with a technical defect. This includes any product with an issue that qualifies as a technical defect.
Technical Defect Examples:
- A product malfunctioning out of the box
- A product failing to function properly due to a manufacturing error
Non-Technical Defect Examples:
- Issues with your iOS system being buggy
- Issues with Spotify, YouTube , Apple Play, or other apps
- Software problems not caused by a technical defect
Warranty Process:
If you receive a product with a technical defect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue before the 14-day warranty period expires. If the issue is a technical defect, we will issue a free replacement at no cost to you. We strongly advise all customers to contact us within the 14-day period. After this period, we will not be able to cover your product under warranty.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the return reason is due to an error on our part.

Proof of Purchase:
You must provide valid proof of purchase for us to accept your return request.
Cancellations and Order Changes
You may not cancel your order after completing your purchase unless the reason is fraud. We can only cancel orders for fraud if the financial institution contacts us to confirm it.
Our policies are in place to protect our business from misuse and abuse, which unfortunately is common for small businesses in America.
Reasons We Cannot Cancel Orders:
We cannot cancel orders for reasons such as:
- Changing your mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Assuming the product was a specific brand (e.g., Apple)
- Loss of interest
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Accidental purchase using Affirm or Afterpay
- Finding a better price
This applies even if the request is within the first hour of placing the order.
Order Changes:
You may make changes to your order from your order confirmation page, confirmation email, or by signing into your account. However, we reserve the right to not cancel your order if it has already been processed to "awaiting fulfillment," even if it's within the first hour. In some cases, we may also not be able to cancel orders outside of the one-hour window, according to the policy above.
Cancellation Fees:
If we do cancel an order, we reserve the right to add a restocking fee of up to 50% depending on the reason for cancellation.
Important:
Orders process quickly. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Returning Items
You can submit a return request by:
- Logging into Your Account: Log in to your customer account or recent purchases on our website. Find the order you wish to return and click the "Return Items" link. Please note that you cannot submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
